Morrissey, a legendary British singer, will hold a concert in Jakarta as part of his ’40 Years of Morrissey’ world tour. The concert, promoted by KIG Live, will take place on November 22, 2023 at Istora Senayan, Jakarta.
Morrissey’s 40th anniversary of music in November will be his third concert in Indonesia. The last time Morrissey visited Indonesia was in 2016 when he held a concert at Senayan Golf Driving Range, Jakarta. At that time it was the second time Morrissey performed in Jakarta after the year 2012, when he first came to Indonesia.
The concert tickets for Morrissey’s world tour will go on sale on August 29, 2023. There will be various ticket categories that can be purchased, starting from VIP Red (IDR 2,500,000), Yellow (IDR 1,750,000), Green Tribune (IDR 1,475,000), Gray Tribune (IDR 1,250,000), and Blue Tribune (IDR 950,000).

Morrissey is an English singer whose real name is Steven Patrick Morrissey. He is regarded by many as one of the most influential musicians in the world. Morrissey began his musical career in 1982 when he formed the band The Smiths with guitarist Johnny Marr. The Smiths released four studio albums and became one of the most successful bands in the UK in the 1980s.
Morrissey left The Smiths in 1987 and began his solo career. Since starting his solo career, he has released 13 studio albums. On this world tour, Morissey will perform songs from throughout his career, including songs from The Smiths, the band that made his name. Of course, he will also perform songs from his latest solo album, ‘Without Music the World Dies‘.
