Bingkai Karya – The long-awaited moment for fans has finally arrived. d4vd and Hyunjin of Stray Kids have officially released their highly anticipated collaboration, “Always Love”, an emotionally charged track that seamlessly blends d4vd’s signature wistful tone with Hyunjin’s soothing, delicate vocals.
Rumors of this collaboration had been circulating ever since Hyunjin mentioned d4vd in an interview with Teen Vogue, which was later followed by a supportive shoutout from d4vd on a local radio broadcast in Korea. Their relationship blossomed online through mutual admiration and creative support, eventually culminating in a real-life meeting at Stray Kids’ concert in Los Angeles. That moment sparked the birth of “Always Love.”
The song delivers an emotional journey told through a series of probing lyrical questions, “do you,” “would you,” “are you”, which ultimately lead to a powerful statement of acceptance: “I don’t need no one else, but you.” The combination of d4vd and Hyunjin’s vocals captures the complexities of love and the bittersweet beauty of letting go. “This song is about redefining how we interpret love and coming to terms with the reality that, sometimes, the presence of someone is all that truly matters,” d4vd shared when describing the track.
“Always Love” arrives on the heels of d4vd’s debut album WITHERED, which features 15 tracks portraying the fragile cycle of love, like rose petals slowly falling apart. The album includes standout singles such as “What Are You Waiting For,” “Crashing” (a duet with Kali Uchis), and “Feel It,” a viral hit thanks to its placement in the Invincible animated series on Prime Video, racking up over 2 million daily streams.Currently, d4vd is embarking on his WITHERED World Tour 2025, with stops across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia, following a show-stopping performance at this year’s Coachella.
