Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding Collabs on New Single “Miracle”

Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding, two of the biggest names in dance music, are back with a trance anthem. The current single “Miracle” is pure trance and represents each artist’s foray into the genre. “I’m asking you to believe, to believe in a miracle” urges Goulding over Harris’ urgently celestial production that gives light Robert Miles/’Children” vibes.

With punchy ’90s rave vibes, keys, and some breakbeat in the outro, Harris brings us back in time. Harris and Goulding have worked together three times in the last 10 years, the most recent being “Miracle,” which Harris hinted in January.

Together they reached No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 in August 2016 with the song “I Need Your Love”.  Coming from Harris’ all time classic LP 18 Months, spent 25 weeks on the charts and was a major hit during the EDM era. Meanwhile, 2014’s “Outside” from Harris Motion has reached No. 29 on the Hot 100 and spent 20 weeks on the chart. Goulding was in fact one of the most important vocalists in the genre, contributing to songs by Major Lazer, Skrillex, and Harris. Seven Lions and numerous other stars from various genres.

Harris will also headline Coachella which will be held in April 2023, a follow-up to his 2022 album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. II, which featured Halsey, Justin Timberlake, Snoop Dogg, and many more as collaborators, and a return to the desert festival. After Harris’ acid house Love Regenerator project, which resulted in an EP and many songs, including “Living Without Your Love” with Steve Lacy, came that R&B-focused album.
