Reflections and Advice to Youth

Reflecting on her summit experience, Jihye shared:

“It was truly wonderful to see so many people from different backgrounds coming together to share their thoughts on the SDGs. From high school students to university delegates, I was amazed by their passion and commitment.”

When asked for advice to the younger generation, she said:

“I believe young people are already working so hard, but if I were to share one thing, it would be this: Know your own culture first. Before trying to impress others, understand and appreciate your own roots. If you’re not aware of it, you might end up showcasing something foreign instead of your own heritage.”

Youth Driving Cultural Unity

Jihye Lee’s presence at Korea Youth Summit 2025 proved that young professionals can be powerful agents of change through cultural collaboration and shared values. Her story serves as an inspiration to youth across the globe to embrace their identities and actively shape the future of global cooperation.
