
Bingkai Karya – Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) has successfully held the Korea Youth Summit 2025 in Seoul, South Korea from 30 June – July 3rd, 2025. The event welcomed youth delegates from 15 countries to take part in a four-day, three-night leadership and cultural exchange program under the theme “Living Culture, Lasting Legacy.”
The summit served as a platform for participants to collaborate, explore global issues, and strengthen cultural understanding through symposiums, workshops, and social projects linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Diverse International Participation
Delegates came from 15 countries, including Indonesia, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Mongolia, New Zealand, Oman, Rwanda, Tanzania, Timor Leste, Uzbekistan, Kenya, Belarus, and Taiwan. Each delegate brought a unique cultural background and commitment to cross-cultural learning and global impact.
Through cultural presentations, international discussions, and team-building activities, the summit successfully created a space for diverse perspectives to thrive and connect.
Program Highlights: Leadership, Culture, and Collaboration
For four days and three nights, youth delegates engaged in a series of educational and cultural activities, including:
- A city tour introducing authentic Korean culture and heritage
- An international symposium with expert speakers
- Group project presentations focused on sustainability and culture
- Cultural exchange sessions and networking events
- An official awarding night recognizing outstanding participation

Confirmed Speakers with Global Impact
The Korea Youth Summit 2025 featured prominent speakers from South Korea, each with significant experience in education, international development, and cultural diplomacy:
- Jooeun Kim – A Master’s student at Ewha Womans University majoring in Development Cooperation, with a GPA of 4.26/4.30. She shared insights on international law, youth empowerment, and policy.
- Jihye Lee – A global cultural advocate with a strong background in UNESCO, Yonsei University, and the PyeongChang Winter Olympics. Her session focused on international cooperation and solidarity.
- Dong Chan Kim – Executive Director of Global Peace Youth Korea, who delivered strategies on value-based leadership and intercultural collaboration.
- Youngjo Choi – CEO of Study Korea News Inc. and President of Sejong International Center. He addressed topics on youth development, cultural diplomacy, and international student engagement.
Recognizing Excellence: Six Official Awards
As part of the summit, YBB awarded top-performing delegates in six categories:
- Best Discussion Group – For the group with the most dynamic, engaging, and inclusive dialogue.
- Best Group – Recognizing overall team performance, discipline, and collaboration.
- Best Participant – Honoring a delegate who demonstrated exceptional leadership and enthusiasm.
- Best Presenter – For the individual who delivered the most compelling and impactful presentation.
- Best Costume – Celebrating cultural identity through traditional or national attire.
- Best Content – For the most creative and meaningful digital content produced during the event.
Awardees received official certificates, YBB souvenirs, and documentation in the summit’s official report.
Global Exposure and Lifelong Impact
Korea Youth Summit 2025 provided delegates with an immersive experience in leadership development, intercultural communication, and global networking. Participants returned home equipped with new skills, global friendships, and the motivation to continue creating positive change in their communities.
