Bingkai Karya-Paulina has just released her new EP, everything’s still,” featuring three tracks: “stranger,” “funny (interlude),” and “a song I wrote.” The EP dives into the emotions during the breakup she went through.

Paulina explains that the title “everything’s still was inspired by a line from Noah Kahan’s song “The View Between Villages.” “The phrase ‘and everything’s still’ really struck a chord with me,” she says. “It felt uplifting, like finally being able to breathe again. That’s the feeling I wanted to capture with this EP.”

The EP opens with “stranger,” a moody track about the pain of seeing someone you once loved become a stranger. The second song, “funny (interlude),” explores the emotional turbulence of the breakup as Paulina starts to heal. The EP concludes with “a song I wrote,” which reflects on whether the ex-partner still thinks about her. Paulina describes it as a sassy, definitive end to the breakup story, emphasizing that even if her ex doesn’t admit it, there will always be reminders of her.

Paulina, whose full name is Paulina Ella Levitan, is a Los Angeles-based artist originally from Long Island, New York.
