Bingkai karya-Canadian pop singer and songwriter JESSIA announces her new EP, “Okay With Every Part” out July 19th. Also releases her latest single entitled “Different People.”
For JESSIA, who fearlessly moved from releasing music through her label to releasing songs independently, this has been a historic year. Taking charge of her own destiny, she releases “Okay With Every Part,” her debut solo project. Along with three brand-new tunes, the six-track EP includes hits including “The Woman You Are,” “Care About Me,” and “He’s a 10.”
One of the new songs off the EP, “Different People,” is an emotionally charged breakup anthem. JESSIA explains the related concept behind the song, “It’s about the no-contact stage of a breakup and all the intrusive thoughts that go along with it.” “This song is for everyone resisting the urge to pick up the phone and text their ex. Instead of calling him, put this song on at full volume and go for a midnight drive,” she adds.
