Now, ten years later, it’s back as the lead single from “Telisik (lagi),”a re-recorded version of Danilla’s iconic album. This new edition highlights her artistic growth while keeping the heartfelt emotions on the original song. 

“Wahai Kau” isn’t just a song; it’s a nostalgic journey to the excitement of first love. The lyrics speak about longing and distance in a relationship, yet finding a connection under the same moon, showing that love can overcome space and time. The song’s timeless charm lies in its ability to evoke universal feelings, regardless of age or experience.

The song will be released on August 19, along with a music video that explores themes of love, longing, and relationships. The video tells a touching story about the bond between a father and daughter, shown from two connected perspectives. Danilla reflects on missing her childhood home and father. While Rendy plays a busy musician who often has to leave his daughter for work.
