Bingkai Karya – ‘Loving You Like This arrives’ as a heartfelt EP that pays tribute to Indonesia’s timeless love songs, reimagined with the signature charm of Malang based pop band Coldiac. The mini album features four classic tracks, including the newly released “Arti Kehidupan,” originally composed by Oddie Agam, serving as the EP’s emotional closing chapter.
Before unveiling the EP, three songs “Dia,” “Didadaku Ada Kamu,” and “Jangan Pernah Berubah” were released as a warm up series, gradually introducing listeners to the project’s nostalgic direction. The final track, “Arti Kehidupan,” dropped simultaneously with the EP, completing the narrative and offering a memorable highlight for fans.
The four members, Sambadha (Vocal/Guitar), Mahatamtama (Vocal/Guitar), Derry (Keys & Synths/Backing Vocals), and Bhima (Bass) shared that the project was born from a deep emotional connection to the music they grew up listening to.
“Beyond creating music, we also grew up with these songs. Remaking nostalgic tracks is our way of honoring the musicians who shaped our journey, while giving listeners a fresh space to reminisce through our version,” the band shared in a written statement on Friday, November 28, 2025.
In the creative process, Coldiac faced a unique challenge: redefining songs that are already iconic without losing their original soul.
“The biggest challenge was finding the right balance, how to bring Coldiac’s identity into these classics without stripping away their essence. We wanted to respect the originals while giving them new life,” they added.
Through this approach, Coldiac weaves new arrangements, textures, and colors into the four tracks creating a renewed sonic palette that maintains the warmth and emotional sincerity of the originals.
As a listening experience, ‘Loving You Like This’ unfolds like a journey through love: from the first encounter, to growing honesty, to deepening connection. The nostalgia offered here is more than a longing for the past, it is a reminder that human emotions are timeless.

About Coldiac
Formed in Malang, East Java, in October 2015, Coldiac consists of Sambadha Wahyadyatmika (Vocal/Guitar), Mahatamtama Arya Adinegara (Vocal/Guitar), Derry Rith Haudin (Keys & Synths/Backing Vocals), and Bhima Bagaskara (Bass). Their sound can be described as modern pop with groovy, casual nuances.
They have released two studio albums under GZZ Records, ‘Heartbreaker’ (2016) and ‘O’ (2018) and one album, ‘No Make Up’ (2020), under Juni Records. Their hit single “Beautiful Day” has surpassed 23.9 million streams on Spotify and 4.1 million views on YouTube. Another fan favorite, “Vow,” has reached a total of 13.5 million streams.
In 2022, Coldiac released “Kilau” and subsequently joined Warner Music Indonesia. Their single “Hello to Goodbye” marked their debut with the label, followed by the release of their third studio album, ‘Lemons Made Lemonade’ in 2023.
