Bingkai Karya – Malaysia’s hottest girl group, DOLLA, returns with their highly anticipated new single, “Question,” dropping November 6, 2025, a powerful, emotionally charged pop track that dives into the raw feelings of betrayal, heartbreak, and self-confrontation.
At first listen, “Question” might seem like a direct confrontation towards a cheating partner. But beneath the surface, the song explores something deeper, the process of facing one’s own pain and vulnerability after being hurt by someone you love.
“The song is about confronting your partner who cheated, but at its core, it’s about confronting your own feelings. It’s about allowing yourself to feel upset and be vulnerable, to be honest with your emotions rather than hiding them.” said Tabby.
Co-written by Justin Seow, Kuizz, Aziz Harun, and DOLLA members Tabby, Sabronzo, and Angel, the song “Question” delivers an addictive blend of lyrical storytelling and catchy hooks that showcase DOLLA’s maturing artistry.
“We received an amazing demo from Kuizz and Justin with that super catchy chorus.” “We were looking for something more lyrical and relatable this time. We tweaked parts of the instrumental and a few lyrics to make sure the emotion really came through. Working with them in the studio was amazing. The whole process was just so fun!” said Tabby
Produced, composed, and arranged by Justin Seow and Kuizz, “Question” carries DOLLA’s signature pop sound with a fresh emotional depth, pairing melodies with an empowering narrative about reclaiming strength after heartbreak.
Enhancing the single’s impact is a vibrant choreography that flawlessly embodies the track’s bold yet playful spirit.
“The choreography for Question came together in such an exciting way. We had the chance to work with Akkaraphol Prompen, a super talented choreographer from Thailand, and he really brought a fresh perspective to the routine. His style blends feminine movements with really unique formations, and intentional trasnitions which matched the attitude of the song perfectly. We wanted the dance to feel confident but still playful. The whole process was collaborative but ultimately we gave Earth-E the space to shine in his style.” says Sabronzo.
Accompanying the single is a bold and visually stunning music video directed with a retro diner-inspired concept, shot at Fowlboys, The Campus.
“We wanted to go for a fun retro diner theme,” says Angel. “We had to shoot during off hours, so the schedule was tight, but we pulled it off! This time, we also had a male lead who played all our boyfriends that cheated on us with each other. The video shows our savage and playful side as we confront him and even drag a miniature version of him around!”
Through striking visuals, DOLLA turns the sting of betrayal into a statement of empowerment, all delivered with their signature confidence and style.
Following the release of “Question,” DOLLA is gearing up for an even bigger year ahead.
“Our plan for 2026 is to release a brand new DOLLA album and to branch out regionally across Southeast Asia. “We’re so excited to share more of our music and connect with fans beyond Malaysia.” says Angel.
And before the year wraps up, fans can catch DOLLA live in concert at their much-anticipated “Good Girls Gone Bad” show, happening on December 6, 2025.
