Bingkai Karya – Just weeks ahead of the highly anticipated release of his fourth studio album ‘Whatever’s Clever!’, globally acclaimed artist Charlie Puth has unveiled his latest single, “Home” featuring Hikaru Utada. The song arrives today via Atlantic Records alongside an official music video directed by Hunter Moreno.

““Home” was written for my best friend, my wife, and the future mother of our first child,” said Puth. “Brooke has changed my life for the better and given me a new perspective on why and where I am in this world. Everything makes sense with her.” He continued, “Collaborating with one of my favorite artists, Hikaru Utada, on this song is both an honor and a blessing. She brings incredible depth and beauty to the track. She’s amazing. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it.”

Hikaru Utada also shared their thoughts on the collaboration:

“As a fellow songwriter and music listener, it was clear to me when I first heard the demo of “Home” that this was an incredibly personal song for Charlie. It was a joy to collaborate with such a talented musician who expresses his love for music so openly. It was also a fun challenge to incorporate Japanese lyrics into an English-language song, from creating rhymes across two very different phonetic systems to working with Charlie’s beautiful Japanese chorus. I hope everyone enjoys this bilingual song and its universal message.”

“Home” arrives during an especially busy year for Charlie Puth. He will launch the ‘Whatever’s Clever!’ World Tour at Viejas Arena in San Diego on April 22, followed by a European tour in June and July.

Last month, the award-winning artist delivered a powerful performance of the U.S. national anthem at the opening of Super Bowl LX at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Accompanied by an orchestra and Kenny G while playing his signature Rhodes piano, the performance drew worldwide praise and was watched by millions.
