Bingkai Karya – Singer-songwriter Danar Widianto released his latest single titled “Tak Bisa Pulang Tahun Ini” on March 20 across all digital platforms. This folk-genre song was released alongside its official music video on the official YouTube channel, Dnr Production.
“Tak Bisa Pulang Tahun Ini” tells the story of the inner struggle of a wanderer who longs to return home, but is haunted by fear for not yet having any achievements to be proud of. The song is inspired by Danar’s personal experiences, as he often feels hesitant about going home each year.
“It’s not because I forgot to go home or don’t want to return, but sometimes going home actually becomes the scariest thing for those who don’t feel accomplished yet,” said Danar Widianto.
As both the songwriter and producer of this track, Danar wants to convey a message that even though parents, especially a mother, never demand anything from their child, a child still carries a strong desire to make them proud.
Danar Widianto is known as the second runner-up of X Factor Indonesia Season 3. He previously released songs such as “Dulu”, “Perjalanan” (OST of the film Kukira Kau Rumah) and “Manusia Istimewa”, which have been widely loved by listeners due to their strong connection with real-life experiences and relatable storytelling.
