Bingkai KaryaJames Blake has released his new album ‘Trying Times’ via Good Boy Records. The album features two recently released singles, “Death Of Love” and “I Had A Dream She Took My Hand,” showcasing Blake’s wide artistic range and striking emotional honesty. Throughout ‘Trying Times’, Blake explores the fragile space between intimacy and solitude in an era filled with uncertainty, while tracing the fractures of modern life. As a sense of overwhelm runs through its themes and atmosphere, the album sits at the intersection of optimism and anxiety.

Alongside the album release, Blake has also announced details of his upcoming European tour, set to begin in September, including a special performance at O2 Academy Brixton in London. These dates follow the earlier announcement of his North American tour, which includes two sold-out shows at Brooklyn Paramount in New York City, as well as a sold-out performance at HISTORY in Toronto.

Tickets for the newly announced shows will be available via pre-sale starting Tuesday, March 17 at 11:00 AM local time, with general on-sale beginning Friday, March 20 at 10:00 AM local time. Full dates can be found below.

As a GRAMMY-winning producer, songwriter, and musician, Blake’s unique blend of soul, electronica, hip-hop, and alt-R&B has helped shape the sound of modern music. Across six influential studio albums, his catalog has amassed over 2.2 billion streams. His 2019 album ‘Assume Form’, featuring ROSALÍA and Travis Scott, received widespread acclaim, followed by his highest-charting debut to date with ‘Friends That Break Your Heart’ in 2021.

His remarkable vocals and visionary production have established him as one of the most influential figures in contemporary music, as well as a highly sought-after collaborator for artists such as Beyoncé, Frank Ocean, SZA, ROSALÍA, Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, and more. He has also contributed to iconic albums including ‘Blonde’, ‘DAMN.’, ‘ASTROWORLD’, ‘Lemonade’, and ‘Motomami.’

Recently, Blake collaborated with acclaimed UK rapper Dave on his critically praised album ‘The Boy Who Played The Harp’, and co-created the track “Séance” with Ludwig Göransson, featured on the soundtrack for Ryan Coogler’s film “Sinners”.
