Bingkai Karya – After three days of musical celebrations, Synchronize Fest 2026 officially concluded on Sunday, October 18, at Gambir Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta, marking the successful completion of its eleventh edition. More than a music festival, this year’s event reaffirmed the meaning behind its enduring slogan, “It’s Not Just a Festival, It’s a Movement,” bringing together musicians, audiences, and diverse creative communities in a shared celebration of Indonesian music and culture.

First introduced in 2016, the slogan returned a decade later with a deeper significance, reflecting how Synchronize Fest has grown beyond a series of live performances into a cultural movement. Across its eleven editions, the festival has continued to create meaningful spaces for musicians, audiences, and creative communities to connect, collaborate, and celebrate their shared passion for music.

One of the defining highlights of Synchronize Fest 2026 was its commitment to introducing emerging talents alongside established musicians. Performances by Jo Soegono, Basajan, Patras, and Quest showcased new voices across different musical scenes. The festival also welcomed the long-awaited reunion of Pijar, the Medan-based trio returning to the stage together for the first time in six years.

The eleventh edition also delivered an extensive lineup of exclusive performances and unexpected collaborations. Among the highlights were Geisha: A Retrospective Journey, the cross-generational dangdut showcase 4 Sehat 5 Nampol, and a special collaboration between Rizky Febian and Mahalini. Other notable performances included Tribute to Warkop DKI, Indonesian Girl Group, Acid Dub by The Paps and Rub of Rub, and Indra Lesmana’s Little Things from the Heart album set.

International collaboration also took center stage through Reality Club and Phum Viphurit’s highly anticipated #SEABLINGS performance. Presented in three segments, the collaboration featured individual sets from both acts before bringing them together for performances of “Am I Bothering You,” “Lover Boy,” and “Is It The Answer.”

The festival’s final day featured memorable performances across its stages. Vierratale surprised audiences with appearances by Bimbim, Kaka, and Mezzaluna from Slank, while .Feast presented a set from its 2024 album Membangun & Menghancurkan. The closing celebration belonged to Timur Basudara, whose performance brought thousands of festivalgoers together in a collective sing-along.

Beyond music, Synchronize Fest continued to embrace Indonesia’s cultural diversity through traditional performances, including Kaba Kini, a presentation of Minangkabau Randai traditions. These experiences reflected the festival’s commitment to creating an inclusive space where music, cultural heritage, and community solidarity coexist.

Throughout its three-day celebration, Synchronize Fest 2026 offered more than entertainment. It became a space for connection, shared experiences, and solidarity amid the challenges of everyday life. As the eleventh edition comes to an end, the festival invites audiences to carry the spirit of togetherness beyond its stages and look forward to Synchronize Fest 2027.
