Daun Jatuh, a folk-pop group from Tangerang teamed up with Nosstress, a music group from Bali in their latest song entitled ‘Tak Apa’. The collaboration of the two bands transcends boundaries and embraces the essence of the folk pop genre. With a melodious melody and heartfelt lyrics, “Tak Apa” carries a strong message of resilience and self-acceptance.
Through “Tak Apa“, the bands want to convey that it’s okay to fail at something and what to be afraid of is when we never even try. We have to learn to accept what we’re going through today and if that doesn’t work, don’t worry, tomorrow will come.
This song was composed by Verrel, Timothy and Azriel and produced by Petra Sihombing. With a duration of 3:59 minutes, the melodic composition accompanied by enchanting folk instrument strings creates a contemplative atmosphere that invites reflection and introspection. Each note carries a sense of serenity, reminding you to find solace in the moment just like the meaning that Daun Jatuh wants to convey through this song.

Timothy explained that the collaboration with Nosstress was not planned from the start. On the day when they were doing the workshop, a song that they wrote appeared, then they all felt that there was Nosstress’ “Soul” in this song and imagined what if this song was sung by Nosstress. Their manager then announced that Nosstress wanted to collaborate. After that they directly workshop and record together in Bali.
Daun Jatuh hopes that his fans, who are called Hamparan Hijau, and all music listeners in Indonesia more broadly, can enjoy this collaborative work. Apart from that, they also hope that the song “Tak Apa” will have a stronger presence when it is sung with Nosstress. ‘Tak Apa’ can be heard on all your favorite digital streaming platforms. The official music video can also be watched on the Fallen Leaves YouTube channel.
