Chintya Gabriella Embraces Pilates: A New Fitness Routine for Balance and Flexibility!

Bingkai Karya – Multitalented artist Chintya Gabriella recently shared her experience trying Pilates through a post on her personal Instagram account. She expressed her interest in Pilates as an exercise that helps balance the body and improve flexibility.

“Yes, I just started trying Pilates. I like it because it focuses more on balancing the body and making it more flexible,”Chintya said when asked why she chose Pilates over other forms of exercise.

Although still a beginner, Chintya admitted that almost all Pilates movements are challenging for her. “The movements are quite challenging because I’m still a beginner, so it’s still difficult for me as I’m adapting,” she added. However, these challenges have actually motivated her to keep practicing and improving her skills.

With her busy schedule, which often includes traveling out of town, Chintya can only do Pilates once a week. Even so, she has already felt the positive effects of her new routine. “The main benefit is that my posture has become more upright, and I feel more relaxed,” she revealed.

Chintya Gabriella hopes that her Pilates journey can inspire more people to find an exercise routine that suits their needs and lifestyle. She also plans to remain consistent with her Pilates practice while exploring more advanced and challenging movements.

Meanwhile, Chintya has released her latest single, “Ambisius,” which is now available on all digital streaming platforms.
