Bingkai Karya – South Korean superstar singer, actress, and international fashion icon JISOO has officially released her highly anticipated debut mini album, AMORTAGE, through Warner Records. The project features the lead single “earthquake” and an official music video directed by Christian Breslauer (Doja Cat, SZA, Ariana Grande).

AMORTAGE is JISOO’s most complete solo work to date, marking the “rebirth” of the global superstar. The album consists of two English songs and two bilingual English/Korean tracks, carefully curated to take listeners on an emotional journey through the different phases of love. The title AMORTAGE is a fusion of “amor” (love) and “montage”, symbolizing the emotional stages of love and the many moments within a relationship. Together, these tracks paint a vivid picture of this journey.
With over 79 million Instagram followers and billions of streams, JISOO skyrocketed into her solo renaissance in 2023. She made history with her debut single album ME, earning multiple awards and setting records as “the best-selling album by a female soloist in South Korea” and “the first to surpass 1 million sales.” Her groundbreaking single “꽃(FLOWER)” made JISOO the “first female K-Pop soloist to reach 1 million pre-orders,” tying the “highest first-week sales for a female soloist” and achieving the “most 24-hour views of any K-Pop music video in 2023.” Additionally, the song became the “highest-charting hit in Canadian history by a Korean female soloist.” In the U.S., it soared to #2 on the Billboard Global 200 and #1 on the Global (excluding U.S.) chart.
Beyond music, JISOO’s influence extends into fashion and culture. She is a global ambassador for Dior, Cartier, and Dyson and was named the face of ALO Yoga in 2024. That same year, she made waves as “the most mentioned celebrity during New York Fashion Week.” Additionally, she starred in the hit K-Drama Newtopia, now available on Prime Video.
