Kelor Island is an island in the Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta. It is located adjacent to the same cluster as Big Petondan Island, Small Petondan Island, Kelapa Island, Onrust Island, Cipir Island, and Bidadari Island.

The island, which has an area of about 28 hectares, has a high historical value because it is a relic of the Dutch colonial era. In this island, there is a shipyard and a fort built by the VOC to handle Portuguese attacks in the 17th century, namely Fort Martello. This fort is one of the attractions for tourists who want to visit the island of Moringa.

Fort Martello has another name which is tower castle. The Dutch built the round and high fort in 1850 as part of the marine defense system of the City of Batavia. This fort serves as a fortress as well as a lookout tower.
