As iterated in the intro, this is not a political message. RUSSKI, the second feature single from DVD-R, is a take on the modern love story. Like a star cross cultural Europop rendition of “part of your world”, the track sings in the key of naivety only two 20 somethings in their honeymoon phase could pull. The lyrics, bubbly and drunk with infatuatation, played out in the stereotypical stoic Central Asia backdrop makes for a silky but solid la la love track.
