Bingkai Karya – ‘Gemini’ becomes the latest artistic statement from Indonesian pop singer Marion Jola, capturing the many phases and emotional dynamics of love through her second full length album. Officially released this month, Gemini presents a more honest, expressive, and self aware side of Marion, shaped by growth, reflection, and transformation.
The album consists of eight tracks, five of which are brand new material, including the previously released single “BYE”, which debuted in November 2025. Throughout the creative process, Marion collaborated with a diverse group of musicians and songwriters such as S/EEK, Dennis Talakua, Clara Riva, Tarapti Ikhtiar, Rizki Maulana Hidayat, and Rezo Mesah, each contributing unique textures and character to the album’s sound.
Conceptually, ‘Gemini’ reflects the many stages of a romantic journey from the thrill of falling in love, the pain of being hurt, to the courage it takes to walk away and choose oneself. Put simply in Gen Z terms, the album is “very Gemini”: emotional, ever changing, charismatic, and unapologetically honest. More than just a love themed record, Gemini embraces vulnerability as strength.
Beyond romance, Gemini also carries a message of empowerment. The album encourages listeners to be confident, to acknowledge their emotions openly, and to embrace every phase of their personal journey. To enhance the listening experience, each track is accompanied by visualizers that add an immersive visual dimension to the album’s atmosphere.
