Bingkai Karya – bar italia returns with the must-hear summer track “Cowbella,” alongside a newly announced string of tour dates across Europe and North America.
The October and November shows include stops in major cities such as London, Milan, Barcelona, Paris, Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto, following a sold-out intimate performance in London at 93 Feet East on June 19, where the band previewed their latest music.
“Cowbella” is the group’s first new release since their 2024 EP The Twits, and once again showcases the band’s signature interplay of transcendent vocals. Nina Cristante, Jezmi Tarik Fehmi, and Sam Fenton trade harmonies over a shifting backdrop of tense, shape-shifting rock instrumentation, culminating in a soaring, cinematic finale that reaches for the skies. This is a multidimensional anthem only bar italia could create.
In just the past two years, the London-based trio has released two critically acclaimed albums through Matador Records, Tracey Denim, with its understated cool, and The Twits, which expanded their sound into grander territories. During this time, bar italia has toured extensively, headlining shows across the globe from Istanbul to Tokyo, selling out multiple-night runs in New York and Los Angeles, and performing at major festivals including Corona Capital, Glastonbury, and Coachella.
With over 160 shows around the world throughout 2023–2024, bar italia has grown into a dynamic five-piece force. Their live shows now span the full spectrum, just as capable of stirring mosh pits in chaotic festival settrings as they are of delivering breathtaking moments of intimacy.
