“Anggap Aku Ada” is born from a familiar yet often unspoken situation, the quiet loss that arrives without dramatic conflict or clear separation. Instead of heartbreak that explodes, the song captures the subtle ache that lingers, silent, restrained but deeply resonant.
“She’s right in front of you, but somehow she feels far away,” Canti shares, explaining the story behind the song. “This song talks about a distance you can’t really see.” Musically, the track is shaped by calm and clean R&B arrangements, blending organic instruments with subtle grooves. This understated approach allows Canti’s vocals to breathe, delivering emotion with honesty and restraint expressing longing, confusion, and emotional fatigue without excess.
The song was co written with Agustin Oendari, produced and arranged by Ivan Gojaya, with Mohammed Kamga contributing as vocal director. This collaboration results in a mature and intimate sound that strengthens Canti’s position within Indonesia’s contemporary R&B landscape.
