YoRI Comeback Confronts Life’s Uncertainty Unveils Latest Single, “Ruby Biru”(Burakku)

Bingkai Karya – Young singer-songwriter YoRI comeback with “Ruby Biru”. The song makes us think about life’s complexity and the significance of acceptance, especially in uncertain times. The 4th single from the upcoming album “21 Grams,” which chronicles human life, “Ruby Biru” was released by Burakku on December 20.

YoRI’s introspection produced “Ruby Biru”. She wrote the song as a personal diary during her life’s uncertainties. YoRI used music to cope with adolescence and uncontrollable choices. “I learned to accept the uncertain, finding peace in the fact that nothing in life is certain,” YoRI says. She says, “As a teenager, I felt the turmoil of uncertainty, and eventually learned to accept it.” The song’s producer, Vit, says, “The uncertainty YoRI felt came from the many choices he couldn’t make for herself.”

“Ruby Biru” depicts submitting to uncertainty and finding strength in vulnerability. “I think life is about uncertainty since nothing is certain,” says YoRI. Even comforting things can change instantly. Certainty is only belief.” In “Ruby Biru”, YoRI’s vulnerable yet strong vocals convey this notion of acceptance. The contemplative lyrics ask listeners to consider uncertainty and life’s transience. Even when we feel convinced, YoRI says, “that certainty is ultimately a form of faith.” True assurance doesn’t exist.”

Each song on YoRI’s new album, ‘21 Grams’, represents a different life period, including “Ruby Biru”. The record was inspired by Duncan MacDougall’s 21-gram soul theory. This quantified soul theme runs through all the album’s songs, which convey the story of life.

The deep themes of “21 Grams” are shown in its earlier hits. “Unlock” examines our motivations, ‘Ripple’ our limitations, and ‘Shojo Manga’ deconstructs delusion via love. “Ruby Biru” offers a fresh depth to these life stories by emphasizing acceptance in life’s uncertainty.
