Life Balance in the Digital Era for the Young Generation at BINUS @Malang

Bingkai Karya – In an increasingly dynamic academic world, students face various challenges, from academic pressure and productivity demands to readiness for a highly competitive industry. For BINUS @Malang students who focus on Digital Technopreneurship, these challenges become even more complex, as they are required not only to excel academically but also to adapt to the rapid development of technology and digital business innovations. The high pressure can impact emotional well-being, leading to stress, anxiety, and even burnout. Therefore, it is crucial for students to have effective strategies to recognize, accept, and manage pressure to remain focused and productive in their academic journey and career development.

As part of its commitment to students’ mental well-beingBINUS @Malang, through Student Advisory and Support, organized a workshop titled “Embrace Your Emotions: Explore Tranquility with Mindful Yoga and Self-Reflection.”The event, held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the BINUS Malang Auditorium, was specially designed to equip students with emotional management skills and life balance techniques.
