Bingkai karya – GRAMMY® and Latin GRAMMY® Award-winning singer Shakira, alongside Burna Boy, has released a new song titled “Dai Dai” via Sony Music Latin.
Shakira will headline the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final Halftime Show on Sunday, July 19, alongside Madonna and BTS. For the first time in FIFA World Cup™ history, the final will feature a halftime show, bringing together global superstars in a unique intersection of sports, culture, and purpose to support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund.
As announced during Global Citizen NOW in New York, “Dai Dai” will serve as the official theme song for the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which aims to raise $100 million by the end of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ to provide access to quality education and sports opportunities for children worldwide. Shakira has partnered with Global Citizen and FIFA to support educational access for children in underserved communities, with royalties from “Dai Dai” being donated to the Education Fund. Sony Music will also match the first $250,000 raised. In addition, Shakira is donating $1 from every ticket sold for her upcoming ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran’ tour to the Education Fund.
“The World Cup is one of the few things the entire world experiences together,” said Burna Boy. “Football and music speak the same language. They bring people together regardless of where they come from, and being part of this moment through music means a lot to me.”
This summer, Shakira will embark on a limited U.S. run as part of her record-breaking ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour,’ giving fans a rare opportunity to experience her spectacular performances up close in more intimate venues.
