Bingkai Karya – Miley has officially announced ‘Bass Persuades’, her highly anticipated tenth studio album, arriving worldwide on September 18 via Atlantic Records. The announcement marks the beginning of a new creative chapter for the Grammy® Award-winning, multi-platinum global superstar, accompanied by the announcement of two headline performances at Los Angeles’ legendary Hollywood Bowl on October 16 and October 18.
The new album era has already begun to take shape through Miley’s expanding visual and creative world. Ahead of the album announcement, Miley served as guest editor of a special issue of Wonderland Magazine, photographed by Mario Sorrenti. The issue was styled by Chief Creative Officer Alastair McKimm, Miley’s close collaborator on ‘Bass Persuades’, while photographer Mert Alas has exclusively created the visual world surrounding the album.
‘Bass Persuades’ arrives as another chapter in Miley’s career of fearless reinvention and musical versatility. Throughout her career, she has moved fluidly across pop, rock, country, soul, and alternative, continually exploring different sounds while maintaining a distinctive artistic identity.
The album also arrives amid Miley’s continued celebration of the influence of her godmother, Dolly Parton, whose impact has extended far beyond music throughout Miley’s life and career. Their personal and creative relationship has crossed generations and mediums, including Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party, produced by Lorne Michaels and co-hosted by Miley and Dolly.
Miley’s return to the stage will begin with her two-night Hollywood Bowl engagement on October 16 and 18. The first ticket opportunity will come through the American Express presale on September 8 at 10 a.m. PST, followed by Miley’s Artist Presale on September 9 at 10 a.m. PST. General ticket sales begin September 10 at 10 a.m. PST.
With ‘Bass Persuades’, Miley continues to build on a career defined by transformation and lasting cultural influence. Fans can look forward to the album’s worldwide arrival on September 18, followed by her highly anticipated return to the Hollywood Bowl in October.
