Bingkai KaryaAruma has released her latest EP, ‘Dan Ternyata Aku Cukup’, now available across digital music platforms. Following her earlier single “Jalan Buntu,” the five-track project presents one of Aruma’s most personal and introspective works to date, capturing different phases and emotions she has experienced over the past several years.

Created over approximately one year, ‘Dan Ternyata Aku Cukup’ features “Pura-Pura Hidup Lagi,” “Jalan Buntu,” “Senyum Pada Sepi,” “Semoga Nanti,” and “Bulan Separuh.” Rather than simply bringing together a collection of songs, Aruma sees the EP as a series of personal fragments that gradually formed into one larger story.

“I feel like this EP is more than just a collection of songs. It feels like pieces of a diary that I can finally share with other people,” Aruma says.

Although each track was born from different experiences and periods in her life, they are connected by a shared realization: learning to feel enough within oneself. The EP explores emotions and experiences that had been carried for years alongside more recent stories, eventually revealing a journey toward greater self-acceptance.

The title itself reflects an important conclusion for Aruma. After spending time questioning her own worth and feeling the need to become a certain version of herself in order to be loved, chosen, or considered enough, she came to understand that imperfections do not have to become reasons for constant self-doubt.

Compared with her previous EP, ‘Bertumbuh’, this new project takes a more personal and introspective direction. While her earlier work was shaped by questions about who she should become and where she should go, ‘Dan Ternyata Aku Cukup’ arrives at a quieter realization: perhaps she does not need to become anyone other than herself. Musically, the project also sees Aruma exploring a more intimate sound that feels closer to the stories she wants to tell.

The EP follows a two-year gap since her previous release, a period Aruma describes as essential to living, gaining experience, and collecting stories before turning them into music. Rather than forcing herself to repeat a previous release pattern, she chose to give each song the time and meaning it needed to develop naturally.

Through ‘Dan Ternyata Aku Cukup’, Aruma hopes listeners can find pieces of their own experiences across its five songs from feeling lost or stuck, to making peace with oneself, holding on to hope, and accepting that it is okay not to feel completely whole yet. Ultimately, the EP carries a gentle but resonant message: the process may take time, but perhaps one day, we can all reach the point of realizing that we are already enough.

‘Dan Ternyata Aku Cukup’ is now available on digital music platforms, inviting listeners to step into Aruma’s most intimate chapter yet and perhaps discover a part of themselves within it.
