Bingkai Karya – Thai singer-songwriter wadfah enters a new chapter of her musical journey with “marshmallow kisses,” a dreamy indie pop collaboration featuring Korean indie artist Choi Jungyoon. Following “bubblegum,” the opening single from her upcoming EP, the new release presents a brighter and more playful side of wadfah’s sound while exploring the delicate feeling of falling into a new kind of affection.
Sung entirely in English, “marshmallow kisses” blends sweet melodies, soft vocals, and a hazy indie-pop atmosphere. The track creates an intimate and floating soundscape, allowing wadfah and Choi Jungyoon’s voices to complement one another through a gentle musical exchange.
The collaboration also reunites wadfah with the producer who has worked with her since her debut, while Choi Jungyoon adds a distinctly Korean indie sensibility to the track. Together, the combination gives “marshmallow kisses” its own warmth and character, balancing wadfah’s evolving musical identity with the understated atmosphere associated with K-Indie.
The creative collaboration extends beyond the recording studio. wadfah traveled to South Korea to film the official music video alongside Choi Jungyoon, bringing the dreamy world of the song into a Korean setting. The video incorporates the country’s landscapes and everyday atmosphere, making Korea an important part of the visual storytelling.
Featuring natural light, muted tones, and an intimate visual style, the music video draws inspiration from the understated charm of K-Indie. Its soft and floating aesthetic mirrors the sweetness and nostalgia at the heart of “marshmallow kisses,” creating a visual counterpart to the song’s gentle sound.
More than a standalone release, “marshmallow kisses” offers another glimpse into wadfah’s evolving musical world. The song is part of her upcoming EP, with more tracks expected to unfold throughout the year and into early 2027.
“marshmallow kisses feat. Choi Jungyoon” is out now on all major streaming platforms, while the official music video is available on the SMALLROOM YouTube channel. The release marks another step in wadfah’s musical journey as she continues to explore new sounds, collaborations, and creative directions.
