Bingkai Karya – Detroit-based post-hard rock band EVA UNDER FIRE released their latest single, “Murder Scene,” on February 6, 2026, via Better Noise Music. The track serves as an emotional and honest cry of resistance, transforming inner wounds into an empowering anthem for anyone who has ever experienced betrayal.
Wrapped in heavy instrumentation and sharp lyrics, “Murder Scene” tackles sensitive issues such as eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, and the mental pressure that arises when public attention turns into judgment. The song feels both brutal and vulnerable, offering a raw portrait of an internal battle. “”Murder Scene” explores eating disorders, body image, self-doubt, and how dreams can turn into nightmares when the people who once supported you begin to criticize you,” said vocalist Amanda Lyberg. “Anxiety is a liar in my head. It tells me I don’t deserve to be here. I fight it, but its voice only gets louder, and it feels like it’s trying to kill me.”
The single follows their 2025 release, “Awakening,” and marks a new era for the band that is more open and confrontational than ever. With Amanda’s background as a licensed therapist, the band consistently creates space for conversations about mental health through their music. To support the release of “Murder Scene,” EVA UNDER FIRE will embark on a U.S. tour alongside Jeris Johnson and Butcher Babies, inviting listeners to sing together in solidarity and strength.
