Belle and Sebastian released a new single ‘Young and Stupid’ taken from their first studio ever in 7 years, ‘A Bit of Previous’. They also released the lyric video that contained each member’s family pictures. ‘Young and Stupid’ followed their first single ‘Unnecessary Drama’.
Belle and Sebastian released a charity single ‘If They’re Shooting at You’ to support those who were affected by the Ukraine conflict. All the income from the single was donated to the Red Cross.
This Glasgow band has announced their spring-summer tour in the US. They also announced their England and Europe tour that are rescheduled for 2022 and 2023.
‘A Bit of Previous’ was recorded in Glasgow when their plan to go to Los Angeles in Spring 2020 was canceled due to the pandemic. The recording was their first full LP recording since ‘Fold Your Hands Child’ in 1999.
