Bingkai KaryaPeach Illusion, a Chinese indie pop band, has released their third full-length album, “Still In Love (好在没失去爱的能力)” . This work invites listeners to embark on a musical voyage of love, loss, hope, and revival.

The theme of “Still In Love” is love, but it goes beyond only using a straightforward narrative to define the idea of love. The album explores the first heartbeat from a couple’s first meeting, the love of friendship, the inevitable end of a relationship, and how the “power of love” in all of these situations strengthens and becomes the foundation of our experiences.

The album’s ten tracks gently remind listeners that although life has its ups and downs and we will inevitably experience loss, we should always be grateful that we still have the capacity for love.

During the production process, Peach Illusion incorporated philosopher Erich Fromm’s notion that “Genuine love is an expression of productiveness” into each of the album’s tracks, resulting in a perceptive examination of the inner realm of emotions.

Similar to their other albums, Peach Illusion wants to be a good friend to its listeners by providing the most comfortable means of expressing private and priceless ideas. They want to be able to portray the emotions of love in daily life in a charming setting with their music.

Based in Shanghai, Peach Illusion (桃子假象) was founded in 2018. Currently, drummer Bubble, bassist Xue Jia, and vocalist Quan Quan make up the band. The band maintains a desire to delve into the worlds of rhythmic lines and creativity while embracing a soft, dynamic nature. “Viewing illusions in life through a sweet gaze” is the perspective that the band Peach Illusion represents.
