EXO’s Suho Reportedly Going to Star in a Historical Drama!

The leader of a top Korean boy group, EXO’s Suho, was reported to be playing his first historical drama ever. Star News reported that it is confirmed that Suho will play as the main character in a historical drama titled “The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” as the current working title.

The agency label of the talented singer and artist, SM Entertainment, also confirmed the news of the following member. “Suho received a casting offer from the producers of ‘The Crown Prince Has Disappeared’ and is currently in talks to appear, with a favorable outlook.”

“The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” is a historical drama with romance and comedy genre. The drama itself has an interesting story plot. It tells a story about a prince in the Joseon dynasty era that was kidnapped by the woman that planned as his wife in the future. Later on, the two main characters (the prince and the woman that was schemed to be his future wife) will catch themselves in some sort of a romantic relationship.

Besides having EXO as Suho’s career activity in “EXO’s Travel the World on a Ladder in Geoje & Tongyeong”, the group leader is currently starring in JTBC’s serial drama “Behind Your Touch”.

The upcoming drama “The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” will be written by 2 talented and experienced story writers, Kim Ji Soo and Park Chul. Both Kim Ji Soo and Park Chul were known for their writing for the drama “Bossam: Steal the Fate”. The drama received a new record for the highest viewership ratings in MBN history.
