FIFTY FIFTY breaks new ground by participating in the official soundtrack to the Barbie film Barbie Dreams. The song is part of BARBIE THE ALBUM which is the official album containing songs for summer movies. On the song Barbie Dreams, FIFTY FIFTY collaborated with rapper from Atlanta, Kaliii.
BARBIE THE ALBUM is executive produced by internationally renowned DJ and Oscar Golden Globe, 7x GRAMMY award winning artist and producer Mark Ronson and Barbie writer, director and executive producer Greta Gerwig.
The soundtrack album was produced and supervised by Atlantic Records West Coast President, Kevin Weaver, and Atlantic Records EVP and Co-Head of Pop/Rock A&R, Brandon Davis. Additional players involved in the project include Brandon Creed, Joseph Khoury, and Barbie Music Supervisor and Album Executive Producer, George Drakoulias.
Prior to the song Barbie Dreams, the album has released other songs, including Speed Drive by Charli XCX, Barbie World by Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice, as well as Dance The Night sung by Dua Lipa as the main single.
Produced by Mark Ronson, Andrew Wyatt and the Picard Brothers, “Dance The Night” comes alongside a stunning official video featuring a special appearance from Barbie writer, director and executive producer Greta Gerwig. All the singles released so far have amassed an impressive 350 million combined global audio streams and official video views.
