Bingkaikarya– Trio GAC (Gamaliél Audrey Cantika) comes back to fans with a sophisticated single. Since their three-year hiatus, the band has released four songs, including “HIGHER,”.The melancholy song “HIGHER” talks about losing a loved one with extreme love. This song shows a more mature view of love, which can mean letting go for both sides.
Love is GAC’s new theme. Cantika says, “This song is about love.A powerful statement. Initially, we thought he would stay with us. They feel compatible and think they can achieve their romantic and pair goals. However, after several years, it becomes clear that something painful must have stopped all of their combined efforts from being successful. We realize that this struggle will prevent us from pushing one other to achieve our goals.”
The Trio noted that the song serves as a reminder to anybody experiencing similar feelings. All three members decided to handle this terrible incident differently than staying together.Pop ballads with R&B elements are perfect for engulfing listeners in emotions.
The GAC members liked this genre since they liked 1990s and early 2000s R&B pop ballads. “We really miss the R&B ballad songs of that era, which are rarely heard these days, Gamaliél said. Finally, we asked Aldi Nada Permana to create and help us make our fantasy song.” GAC worked with their best friend ROF again to enhance the songs’ message.
“HIGHER” offers a captivating story and catchy tunes and harmonies that complement GAC’s beautiful voice. Aldi Nada Permana produced and Ano Stevano mixed and mastered. Interesting that GAC’s new musical adventure begins with this poignant track. Eventually, “HIGHER” will be on their upcoming fourth album, due for release soon. Since last year, GAC has published “NEW,” “REALLY REALLY WANT,” and “THE WAY YOU MOVE.”
