Spicy dishes can lead to problems at night because it can cause heartburn. It will be good to avoid spicy foods to reduce the risk of heartburn or you can wait for a few hours before sleep. Caffeine is not only contained in drinks, but also in foods like desserts that have espresso or coffee, chocolate and anything chocolate flavored like cereals, pudding, and ice cream.
