Bingkai karya – Multi platinum pop rock band LANY releases their latest full length album “Soft” via Virgin Music. Marking their first album in two years and the sixth in their career, “Soft” presents a striking contrast between intimacy and intensity, blending emotional rawness with physical grit to create a duality at the heart of the project. Alongside the album, LANY also unveils the official music video for the title track, Soft.
Born from life changing experiences, “Soft” captures the band’s courage to embrace vulnerability while building emotional resilience. Frontman Paul Klein explains, “In a world full of sin and despair, where betrayal and disappointment are inevitable, it’s easy to become hardened and numb. But then, what’s the point of living if we can’t feel anything? For me, forgiveness is the only way forward.”
Produced entirely by Tommy King and co written by Klein, “Soft” reflects a refined yet intentional evolution of LANY’s signature sound. Combining heartfelt lyrics with polished production inspired by late ’90s and early 2000s R&B textures, the 10 track album balances nostalgic warmth with modern depth.
