World Tour

Only available until November 21, Linkin Park’s digital deluxe version of ‘FROM ZERO’ (Expanded Edition) includes live versions of three songs from the new album recorded in Los Angeles, London, and Paris, 46 pages of graphics, and handwritten lyrics. ‘FROM ZERO’ is Linkin Park’s first album since 2017 and a new chapter in their music.

The music video for “Two Faced” from ‘FROM ZERO’ was directed by Joe Hahn and published last Wednesday. Linkin Park’s blurring distortion, busy turntables, neat rhythms, and booming chorus are present throughout the song.A scream section that exclaims, “I can’t hear myself think,” complements the song’s forceful riff, Mike Shinoda’s rap, and Emily Armstrong’s vocals.

The album’s “Casualty” is harsh. Guitars roar over a quick punk beat. After trading parts, Mike and Emily chant, “I won’t be your casualty”. With its surprising instrumental components and amazing vocal performance, “IGYEIH” is audacious. “Good Things Go” ends the album with honesty. Mike honestly sings, “Feels like it’s rained in my head for a hundred days.” The song’s transparent emotional space leads to a sigh at the end.

Last September, Linkin Park released “The Emptiness Machine,” the No. 1 rock song in the US and the largest rock tune of 2024. The song topped the Billboard Mainstream Rock and Alternative Airplay charts. Linkin Park now has 13 Alternative Airplay number ones, three of which came in the last 18 months.

The single “The Emptiness Machine” has 250 million streams worldwide. Linkin Park played “Heavy Is The Crown” live at the League of Legends World Championship 2024 opening ceremony at the O2 Arena in London, England. Revolver Magazine referred to Emily as a “emotional rocker” following the release of her single “Over Each Other” last month.
