A songwriter, bassist and vocalist of The xx, Oliver Sim, released ‘Fruit’ that was produced by Jamie xx. The music video was directed by Yann Gonzales.
‘Fruit’ followed his solo debut, ‘Romance With A Memory’ last month. Both songs will be presented in limited edition 12 inch vinyl.
Sim will play his first solo performance this May in London, Berlin, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles. Sim has been part of The xx since its establishment in 2005.
After being successful with LP ‘I See You’ in 2017, the three band members chose to spare some time for their own selves. After reflecting and resting time, Sim started to do solo projects.
