PHM Hotels Introduce Authentic Indonesian Culinary With Gastronomic Tourism

PHM Hotels is back to launch a Gastronomic Tourism – Mi Nusantara Festival program. On August 16, 2022, the 1O1 Urban Jakarta Kelapa Gading and a number of other hotels conducted their first launches. This event is another way to participate in the 77th anniversary of Indonesian Independence Day.

Gastronomic Tourism brought the festival of Mi Nusantara which Mi Terbang has been chosen to be the main menu. Every hotel of PHM Hotels: The Haven, The 101, 101 Urban and FRii promoted different kinds of Mi Terbang which adjusted to local taste. 101 Malang OJ provided Mi Terbang Balacan which costs  Rp. 70.000 and Mi Godok Ala Jawa for Rp. 65.000 

Mi Terbang’s special attraction is its unique shape, the taste also provides a different culinary experience. Besides that, each hotel also has an additional menu that will become its trademark.

Arthur Situmeang, the Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager of PHM Hotels said that this event will become an annual agenda. Gastronomic Tourism is a form of PHM Hotels’ concern in maintaining authentic Indonesian cuisine to be introduced to the world, in which each year will provide different culinary products.
