Rahmania Astrini released 2 singles at the same time, “Ground Zero” and “Goodnight Kiss” on January 27 under Warner Music Indonesia. Rahmania Astrini wrote the 2 songs with English lyrics while on a study exchange program in the Netherlands last year.
She was inspired to write these songs while staying for 7 months in the Netherlands. “Ground Zero” is one of them. Rahmania Astrini explained that this song is about starting over.
This song reminded Rahmania Astrini of the first time she moved to the Netherlands and felt unfamiliar with the situation. She added that she learned many things in the Netherlands that were not possible for her to learn back home.

Rahmania Astrini worked with Dila Sarah, her producer on these and her previous songs. Surprisingly, the recording process took place while Astri was studying in the Netherlands, making it a challenge for her. Even though it was difficult, the time difference between the Netherlands and Indonesia during the recording process was exciting for her.
