Starting from April 26th, 2022, Singapore will loosen the Covid-19 restrictions. Lee Hsien Loong on his social media said, “We are cheered by the further easing of measures announced by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce yesterday. From next Tuesday, 26 April, there will be no more limits on group sizes or workplace capacities. Safe-distancing and check-in (at most venues) will no longer be required. The Dorscon level will step down from Orange to Yellow.”
Singapore also stops the obligation to be PCR-tested for visitors who have vaccinated twice on April 26th, 2022. Previously, Singapore obliged the visitors to get a PCR test 2 days before the departure to Singapore.
In spite of applying some easing, the Health Ministry of Singapore still warns people that the pandemic is not over yet. Additionally, the government still obliges people to wear masks, self-isolate when feeling sick, and watch out for one another.
