Bingkai Karya – Global rapper, singer, dancer, and style icon LISA has officially released her highly anticipated new EP, ‘PRESS PLAY’, through LLOUD Co./RCA Records. Released on October 23, 2026, the six-track project takes listeners on a cinematic journey, drawing inspiration from the experience of watching a film and inviting fans to sit back and simply press play.
Alongside the EP’s release, LISA also unveiled the official music video for its focus track, “Tarantino.” The action-packed visual follows LISA on an epic journey through a hotel as she attempts to deliver a note to her favorite director, Tarantino. Staying true to the director’s signature cinematic style, the video features a series of action sequences, with LISA taking on anyone who stands in her way.
‘PRESS PLAY’ also features LISA’s previously released single, “SaWaDiKa.” Named after the Thai greeting meaning “hello,” the track arrived with an accompanying music video filmed in her hometown of Bangkok. The video accumulated over 70.8 million views on YouTube within its first 24 hours, making it one of LISA’s biggest YouTube debuts and the platform’s biggest debut of 2026. The single also debuted at No. 69 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking her highest debut on the chart.
LISA recently returned to the MTV Video Music Awards, where she delivered the television debut performance of “SaWaDiKa.” She also took home the Best Pop award for “Dream feat. Kenatro Sakaguchi,” making history as the first K-pop solo artist to win in the category.
Following the EP’s release, LISA is set to take the stage in Las Vegas for her VIVA LA LISA residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace this November. The six-night residency marks another milestone in her career, as she becomes the first K-pop artist to headline a Las Vegas residency. The first four performances sold out in less than 10 minutes, prompting the addition of two more dates.
Beyond music, LISA’s feature documentary, ‘Always Lalisa,’ directed by Sue Kim, has recently premiered in theaters worldwide following its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival. The documentary captures a pivotal year in her solo career, including the release of ‘Alter Ego,’ the launch of LLOUD, and her solo debut at Coachella.
With six tracks “SaWaDiKa,” “V12,” “Cobra,” “Tarantino,” “Cut U Off,” and “Sweat”, ‘PRESS PLAY’ presents another chapter in LISA’s evolving musical journey. The EP is now available through major music streaming platforms. Fans can also watch the official music video for “Tarantino” and experience the cinematic world behind the project.
