Bingkai Karya – Singer-songwriter Dnanda returns with his latest single, “Tiba-Tiba Kau”, set for release on July 15. The song tells the story of someone who unexpectedly enters your life and brings a sense of comfort, only to leave just as suddenly, leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions.
According to Dnanda, “Tiba-Tiba Kau” can be interpreted as a story about ghosting or an undefined relationship that never reaches any real certainty. For the former singing competition contestant, the song reflects an experience many people can relate to: someone suddenly appears, gives you hope, and then disappears without any closure. “They came into my life without any warning and made me feel comfortable. But by the end of the story, all that’s left is emptiness and unanswered questions,” Dnanda shared.
The songwriting process itself was surprisingly quick. Dnanda completed the song in just two hours during a late-night writing session. As with most of his songs, he began by composing the melody before writing the lyrics. Unlike his previous releases, which were more straightforward in both language and storytelling, “Tiba-Tiba Kau” became an opportunity for Dnanda to explore a different creative direction. “In my previous songs, I used more direct and easy-to-understand language that didn’t leave listeners guessing. This single is more poetic and carries a stronger sense of aesthetics because I wanted to try something new. To me, aesthetics isn’t about excessive beauty. It’s about something simple that can still capture people’s attention. That’s what I hope this single can achieve,” he explained.
Through “Tiba-Tiba Kau,” Dnanda hopes to offer listeners something fresh amid today’s growing catalog of music releases. “I hope this song finds a place in people’s hearts, especially those who are looking for something different and refreshing. I also hope that every new song I release helps more people become familiar with my voice. I’d also love to perform this song at music festivals with dance floors or at venues where people can dance. I think that would be a lot of fun,” he said.
With its fresh musical direction, more poetic lyrics, and a story that resonates with experiences many people have gone through, “Tiba-Tiba Kau” promises to bring a different color to Indonesia’s music landscape.

Born on April 15, 1999, in Dumai, Riau, Dnanda Anugerah Pratama is an Indonesian solo artist known for his distinctive vocal ability. His talent led him to compete in major singing competitions, including The Voice and Indonesian Idol, before signing with Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia in 2021. A skilled guitarist and pianist, Dnanda has released six singles to date, with “Benar Salah, Hanyalah Salah” surpassing 11 million streams on Spotify.
