Bingkai Karya– Collectively, Singaporean singer-songwriters Regina Song and hongjoin have released a fresh, cheerful duet titled “I don’t rly care bout you!”
The powerful classic pop-rock song “I don’t rly care bout u!” sounds like it belongs in an adolescent romance movie. Regina and Hongjoin, two Singaporeans, wrote “Fangirl,” inspired by teen love, after meeting in Boston earlier this year.. The song is a fun and upbeat track that highlights their magical characters.
About The Song
Inspired by memories of Regina’s first romantic encounter with a carefree boy who broke her heart, the duet conveys the disappointments and miscommunications that arise in young love. This story, which he confided in Hongjoin about, planted the seeds of “I don’t really care about you.”
The words “This comical love equation/Equals to my desolation” by Regina recount her foolishness in love, while “Now you say ‘1 plus 1’ just don’t add up/ Girl, what the hell you talking about?” by Hongjoin offer an opposing viewpoint.
Doug Suh co-produces “I don’t rly care bout you!” with hongjoin mixing and producing the song.With a full band arrangement that makes listeners jump up and dance away their frustrations, the tune is upbeat, punchy, and full of life.
