Triumphing in Asia, Reality Club Ventures into the United States and Canada with the North America Tour

Bingkai Karya – Half a year after the triumphant release of “Reality Club Presents…”, the acclaimed quartet from South Jakarta is gearing up for an exhilarating North American tour. Following their outstanding performance at the Anugerah Musik Indonesia (AMI) Awards, where they clinched victories in the Best Alternative Album and Best Alternative Group categories, Reality Club is set to captivate audiences across Canada and the United States.

The Asia Tour, which spanned from October 29 to December 2, 2023, saw the band enthralling fans in Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Now, with the announcement of their North America Tour, the band is taking their music to new heights and exploring uncharted territories.

This tour holds special significance for Reality Club as it marks their debut on the American continent. The band, unfortunately, missed the opportunity to participate in the prestigious South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in 2020 due to the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, with the world slowly recovering, Reality Club is set to make their mark at SXSW 2024 in Austin, Texas.

The North America Tour is scheduled to kick off on March 3, 2024, in Seattle, Washington, and will traverse the west coast, making stops in Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Toronto, and concluding in Brooklyn on March 22, 2024. Fans eager to witness the magic can mark their calendars, as tickets for each venue are set to go on sale on Friday, December 8, 2023.

“Reality Club Presents…” is more than an album; it’s a celebration of love and a journey through the intricate stories that define relationships. Each track on the album is a cinematic masterpiece, with its own unique genre, look, and feel. The album, described as a romance anthology, weaves together 10 diverse stories, traversing the peaks and valleys of love.

Every love story is depicted as if it were a movie, and each song serves as its soundtrack. Since the inception of this album era in early 2021, starting with the hit single “I Wish I Was Your Joke,” Reality Club has maintained a distinctive style across releases like “You Let Her Go Again,” “Tell Me I’m Wrong,” “Anything You Want,” “Dancing In The Breeze Alone,” and “Desire.”

The album is a visual and auditory feast, featuring cinematic music videos that mirror a press conference at a fictional cinema and include quirky details such as the creation of a fictional film studio called “Reality Club Pictures.” In this imaginative universe, Reality Club assumes the role of the director, and each song becomes a captivating episode.

“Love Epiphany,” the leading track of the album, takes listeners on a musical journey through the highs and lows of love. Backed by the 46-piece Budapest Orchestra, a permanent collaborator on the third album, the song tells a compelling story of epiphany, loss, and the chance for redemption in love. The accompanying music video, set to release in the coming week, promises to be a visual masterpiece.

The success of “Reality Club Presents…” extends beyond its creative storytelling, earning the band two prestigious AMI Awards in 2023. The album was recognized as the Best Alternative Album, and Reality Club received the accolade for the Best Alternative Group.

As Reality Club embarks on their North America Tour, fans can anticipate an immersive experience that brings the stories from “Reality Club Presents…” to life on stage. With their unique blend of music and storytelling, Reality Club continues to solidify their position as a force to be reckoned with in the alternative music scene.
