Bingkai Karya – Following the release of five songs, including her debut hit “Muak,” which has received 182 million Spotify plays, Aruma begins on a new journey as a singer with the release of her debut album. Aruma refers to this album, titled “Berbunga,” as a synopsis of her musical evolution.
“There will be ten songs on this album. Five songs have already been released on the EP ‘Bertumbuh.’ All the songs are like a journey of my rise and fall in the music industry to become the person Aruma is today,” she said.
Aruma admitted that the journey to prepare this debut album took quite a long time, and there were even some songs that had been recorded a long time ago and could only be heard now. One of them is “Salam Perpisahan,” which was originally considered to be the debut single in 2022. After a little improvement, it is now ready to be heard by music lovers.
In addition to “Salam Perpisahan”, there’s also the song “Delulu” which poses a challenge for the winner of the 2023 AMI Awards. “In my opinion, the song has the most different aura from the others, the music is not sweet as usual, but dares to show rage.”
Of course, launching a debut album is only one of the many wishes in Aruma’s musical career that he wants to realize. “For sure, I really want a lot of people to listen to the album. Not only that, I also want to sing the songs on this album live in front of my fans. Hopefully, one day I can hold a big showcase and meet them face-to-face. I plan to hold a promotion after the release of the album ”Berbunga.”
Aruma hopes that Berbunga will capture the message she wants to get across and be well received by both her fans and music lovers in general. Digital music services will begin to feature Aruma’s debut album, “Berbunga,” on June 21, 2024.
