Bingkai Karya – Adikara returns with his latest work, an Extended Play (EP) titled ‘Spotless Dove,’ a project born from a deeply personal space of reflection. This EP captures a significant phase in his life as he prepares to embrace a new role as a father. The news of his first child, a daughter, has brought a profound shift in his perspective. He begins to reflect on the meaning of responsibility, love, and how a child enters the world in complete purity, without ever choosing to be born. From this realization, a strong desire grows within him to ensure that his child is surrounded by unconditional love from the very beginning even long before she arrives.
In this reflective process, Adikara also recalls a quote he once heard: “The most masculine I have ever felt is when I held my own daughter.” This line leads him to a new understanding of masculinity not merely as strength, but also as gentleness, protection, and the readiness to become a safe place for his family to return to.
