Hanin Dhiya, a singer and songwriter hailing from Bogor, is showcasing her musical prowess with her latest pop ballad, “Dia Hanya Untukku.” This song delves into the world of contemporary romance, particularly those who love someone with relentless determination and passion, often even in the face of indifference or unresponsiveness from their beloved.
“To be honest, I wrote this song based on the illogical love stories that are so prevalent on social media these days. There are so many people who post about their unwavering commitment to their partners or crushes, even if they aren’t reciprocated. The essence of this song is to say that it’s okay to feel hurt and disappointed, as long as it’s for the one you believe is meant for you,” explained Hanin in her written statement on Friday, November 3, 2023.
Known for consistently evoking emotions through her music, Hanin’s signature soft voice in this latest song adds a touch of sadness and heartache to every lyric.
“Dia Hanya Untukku” was co-written by Hanin Dhiya, Adrian Rahmat Purwanto, Jessilardus Mates, and Marco Steffiano, with SEEK taking on the role of producer for this 4 minutes and 49 seconds pop ballad.

Back in September, Hanin Dhiya released “Kembali ke Awal,” which is part of the “The Vault of Glenn Fredly” project. This project involves various talented musicians from different labels reinterpreting some of Glenn Fredly’s masterpieces. Hanin Dhiya’s rendition of “Kembali ke Awal” is the sixth song to be remade. In 2023, Hanin also released her third album titled “Reinkarnasi.”
