Bingkai Karya – Melly Goeslaw composed a stunning piece called “Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu,” which serves as the Original Soundtrack for the film of the same title. This single, produced by Azlin Hilda and Andi Rianto, will be performed by vocalist Fabio Asher together with Malaysian artist Aina Abdul.
The single from the Seven Skies music label is apparently Fabio’s second Original Soundtrack project. Fabio also admitted that he felt proud to be involved in Melly Goeslaw’s song project. “When I first heard this song, I instantly felt it was incredibly beautiful, both in its lyrics and musical arrangements. Plus, it’s by Melly Goeslaw, an artist I’ve always admired,” said Fabio Asher.
Fabio also takes great pride in the chance to duet with Aina Abdul, a well-known musician in Malaysia. He feels a strong connection with Aina whenever they talk. He believes they create a powerful chemistry when performing this song together.
“Honestly, it wasn’t too difficult, because I already knew Aina before, and Melly also gave directions and explanations directly to me and Aina about the meaning of the song. So, everything went quite smoothly during the recording process,” he admitted.
Aina is thankful that the recording process went smoothly and that the collaboration with Fabio was successful. “It turned out to be surprisingly easy and seamless. Fabio’s background is quite similar to mine—we both grew up performing with bands in clubs and lounges, so our working styles align well,” she said.
The single “Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu” is now available on all digital music platforms starting July 12, 2024.
