Jevin Julian released his latest single “20 50 (say that you love me)”. Written by him and with Sheryl Sheinafia, this song is distinctive compared to his upbeat previous songs. This is the sixth song he dropped in 2023.
The track has a deep meaning, especially in the chorus lyrics that go, “Say that you love me, our 20s and 50s”. Jevin Julian explained that it depicts a person’s desire for constant love and affection from their partner as they grow older together.
“20 50 (say that you love me)” features a slow tempo, aiming to convey the storyline and emotions in its lyrics. “The creation process started with the story/lyric writing. Then, the arrangement that emerged during the production process matched the emotions of the song’s story,” Jevin said.
Jevin suggests this song is ideal for listening with a partner. He hopes that this song becomes a warm reminder for couples.
